President and Administrative Manager

With more than twenty years of management experience within the Hospitality arena, including small business, Fortune 500, and entrepreneurial experience, Marlene provides full-scale administrative support for our entire staff and as well as for our corporate clients. In this capacity, she manages and directs all facets of CareerSoar business services.

Marlene founded CareerSoar upon her principal of providing “total career transition services and HR solutions” through the convenience of one source. Marlene’s in-depth background and training expertise in the Hospitality field has equipped her with the skills and experience to serve as a principal resource person on Human Resource matters. Marlene works closely with business and individual client’s to provide personalized and customized services to meet the demands of today’s economy.
