Dr. Jane Henderson
Executive and Management Coach

Dr. Jane Henderson is an Executive and Management Coach, Senior Human Resources Management Performance Consultant, Critical Incident Stress (post-trauma) Debriefer, and training professional assisting both organizations and individuals with career development strategies and coaching in the areas of performance management and organizational diagnostics. She has provided post-trauma interventions in corporate, public, and not-for-profit settings for more than fifteen years, as well as provided training, coaching, and consulting, including development of corporate leadership career "tracks." She is a frequent contributor to the literature in the field, both in print and online. Jane has managed a corporate-wide leadership development program that targeted the first-time leader. She was instrumental in the design and development of the program and has conducted extensive evaluation for return on investment to the corporation.

In her coaching practice, Jane has served Kendall-Jackson, Del Monte, Fireman's Fund, Sun Microsystems and other technology firms (including start-ups), Bank of America/NationsBank, REA Career Assistance Services, General Services Administration and other federal agencies, non-profits such as the United Way of the Greater Bay area, and many private individuals.

Jane earned her doctorate in Organization Development and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and is on the adjunct faculty for both USF and Golden Gate University where she teaches Human Resource Management, Group Dynamics, and Organizational Behavior. She also teaches and writes for such online educational websites as Hungry Minds and was recently featured in their "Best Minds in America" ad campaign in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
