Darwin has held several senior level management positions in the areas of Accounting, Operations, Information Technology, and Human Resources during his 20-year manufacturing career, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Darwin has gathered the best people in the industry and has made CareerSoar into a business organization specializing in outplacement, career consulting and coaching, human resources, executive search, and career analysis. He brings a wealth of entrepreneurial, human resource, finance, operations, and information technology management experience to CareerSoar.

Darwin holds a Master of Business Administration Degree, and holds several manufacturing and human resource related certifications. He is a member of several manufacturing professional organizations, as well as being a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Resume Writers, and Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.

Darwin participates in dozens of mock interviews annually, helping organizations to improve their interviewing skills. He also writes articles covering such areas as outplacement, employee morale, interviewing processes and skills, and job search techniques for several Human Resource and recruiting web sites.
