There are two courses available:

Fundamentals of Project Management
Strategies of Project Management

Materials can be presented in formats ranging from 3-4 day sessions over 18 months or in a 7-14 day continuous program. Instructors can be chosen from an extensive network of subject matter experts or a train-the-trainer course can be set up to utilize the experts within a company.
