Bruce comes to us from ProSearch, Inc., a full service employee recruiting agency, to provide CareerSoar's corporate clientele and individual candidates with the most professional, affordable, efficient, and effective means of meeting their employment recruiting needs. Bruce specializes in working with Manufacturing companies, and has filled Manufacturing Support positions at all professional levels in areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance.

Mr. McGinnis is equipped with both the skills and expertise to place outstanding candidates throughout the United States while delivering personalized, individualized service to our corporate clients and candidates. Bruce’s experience ranges from working with small, privately held companies to Fortune 500 organizations.

Listed below are some of the many methods that we utilize to ensure that the right candidate is provided for your particular need, while remaining sensitive to each company’s budgetary constraints.

Contingency Search
We pre-qualify job candidates in accordance of your specific requirements, and refer them to you for the interview process. We continue to search for and pre-qualify candidates until you have found the right match for your company. In return, you pay us a negotiated percentage of the candidate’s first year salary; and we do not require payment until the candidate has accepted your employment offer, and remains in your employ for 30 days. Discounts are available if we are placing more than one qualified person in your organization.

Search Research
We perform a negotiated number of hours of research, and then deliver resumes to you on all pre-qualified candidates that we have located during that time period. You pay us a negotiated charge for each hour of research that we perform.

Qualified Resumes
We perform unlimited hours of research, until we find the number of pre-qualified candidates that you have requested. We perform the entire pre-qualification process for the candidate requested, and deliver those candidate resumes to you. You pay us a negotiated amount for each resume that we deliver.
